Blue from American Express® has no annual fee and a low balance transfer option. Card owners can subscribe to receive special offers via email every month. This allows you to keep on top of all available ways to spend rewards points.

If you are looking for a credit card with instant approval, fill out the online application on the American Express web site. If the credit card company can automatically match your records with those of a credit reporting agency, you can find out online whether you've been approved for the card.

In addition to cool features such as low introductory APR and low balance transfer APR, Blue from American Express® also looks cool. It has a blue square in the middle that reflects light in an interesting way. It's sometimes printed on transparent plastic - American Express sometimes the design slightly from one year to the next to keep things interesting.
